1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information created while you use RoomCraft AI. This may include:

• Account information such as your email address, authentication identifiers, and optional profile details.
• Room photos and other images you upload for AI redesign.
• Your prompts, style choices, instructions, and generated or refined outputs.
• Credit balances, purchases, generation history, and usage records needed to operate the service.
• Basic technical information such as browser, device, IP address, and service logs used for security and troubleshooting.

2. How we use information

We use this information to create the AI redesigns you request, maintain your account and credits, process transactions, deliver service emails, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems, and keep RoomCraft AI secure.

Uploaded images, prompts, and outputs may also be used to operate, evaluate, and improve the quality and reliability of the service. We do not use your room photos to advertise another customer’s project.

3. Service providers

We use trusted providers to deliver RoomCraft AI. They process information only as needed to provide their services:

• Supabase for authentication, account data, database services, and credit records.
• Resend for transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset messages.
• Lemon Squeezy for checkout and payment processing.
• OpenAI for AI image generation and refinement.
• AWS and Cloudflare for hosting, infrastructure, delivery, reliability, and security.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. RoomCraft AI does not store your full card number. Lemon Squeezy may collect payment, billing, tax, and transaction information under its own privacy terms.

5. Storage, retention, and security

Account details, uploads, generated outputs, prompts, credit balances, and usage records may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and devices secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. You may also ask questions about how your information is handled.

To make a privacy request, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.
