1. Using RoomCraft AI
RoomCraft AI is an AI-powered interior design visualization tool. It lets you upload room images, provide style preferences or instructions, and generate or refine design concepts.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use RoomCraft AI.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us that it has been compromised.
3. Your uploads and instructions
You retain responsibility for the images, prompts, and other content you submit. You must own that content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process it.
You give RoomCraft AI and its service providers permission to host, copy, process, and transmit your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use RoomCraft AI to upload, create, or distribute content that is:
- Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Privacy-invasive, including private images you do not have permission to use.
- Designed to exploit, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass the service or its security.
5. Credits and payments
Design credits are required to generate and refine designs. Available credit packages and prices are shown before checkout, and payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
A credit may be consumed after a successful generation or refinement. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts unless we approve it, and are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. AI results and professional advice
Generated images are concepts and visualizations. They are not professional architectural, engineering, construction, structural, electrical, safety, code-compliance, or legal advice.
AI results may contain mistakes, unrealistic details, unsuitable materials, inaccurate dimensions, or unexpected elements. Always consult qualified professionals before making structural, safety-related, construction, or purchasing decisions.
7. Availability and results
Service availability may vary due to maintenance, provider outages, demand, internet conditions, or technical limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular generation time, or that every AI result will be accurate, unique, usable, or match your expectations.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect RoomCraft AI or others, investigate abuse, respond to fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Serious or repeated misuse may result in account termination.
9. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for how you use generated concepts and for checking their suitability before acting on them. To the extent permitted by law, RoomCraft AI is provided “as is” and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of AI outputs or reliance on them.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
